Gesha Natural Coffee Beans

The Gesha is the stuff of coffee legend — an ancient Ethiopian variety so rare, so complex, and so breathtakingly aromatic that it has redefined what specialty coffee can be. Ours is sourced directly from Liliana Caballero at Hacienda Casablanca in the Santander highlands of Colombia, at 1,550 metres above sea level. Honest direct trade, every step of the way — transparent, traceable, and rooted in a genuine long-term partnership with the farmer.

Processed through Natural Anaerobic Fermentation, the cherries are sealed and fermented without oxygen, allowing the Gesha's extraordinary genetics to fully express themselves. The result is a cup of rare beauty: raspberry brightness, delicate floral aromas, tropical fruit sweetness, and a silky finish of chocolate — ethereal, layered, and unlike anything else in your cup.

Harvested between October and January and locally roasted in small batches in-house at our Adelaide roastery, this Gesha is roasted on a Medium-Light Omni-Roast profile designed to honour its delicate aromatics and preserve every nuance. It's at its most spectacular as a filter or long black, though it delivers a truly exceptional espresso for those who seek it.

Gesha is among the rarest and most coveted varieties in the world. This is a coffee for those who want to experience what the very best tastes like.
