Tabi Honey Coffee Beans - ORGANIC

Grown at 1,775 metres above sea level in the lush highlands of Santander, Colombia, this Tabi variety shows what exceptional terroir and careful farming can produce. Sourced directly from Oscar Daza at Hacienda Cafetera La Pradera, this is honest, transparent direct trade — no middlemen, no compromises.

Processed using the Yellow Honey method, the beans develop natural sweetness and complexity that shine through every brew. Expect a layered cup with notes of blackberrymolasses, and dark chocolate — clean and complex, with a lingering finish that rewards slow sipping.

Certified organic and harvested between October and January, this coffee reflects the rhythms of the land it comes from. Our Omni-Roast (Medium) profile is dialled to perform across all brewing methods — whether you're pulling espresso, brewing filter, or pressing a plunger.

We roast locally in small batches in-house at our Adelaide roastery, so every bag connects you directly to the farm, the farmer, and the season. We only select green beans that meet our standards for quality, traceability, and sustainability — and this Tabi is no exception.
