Low Caffeine Specialty Coffee Beans

All the flavour. Half the caffeine. This is specialty coffee designed for those who love the ritual but want more control over their intake — a thoughtfully crafted blend that never asks you to compromise on quality.

A 50/50 blend of Caturra Washed and Decaf Cordillera (naturally decaffeinated via the Sugar Cane process), this coffee delivers 50% less caffeine than a standard cup while retaining the complexity and character you'd expect from a premium Colombian single-origin selection.

Sourced directly from Jairo Arcila in Colombia's Tolima region and grown between 1,450 and 1,700 metres above sea level, this is genuine direct trade — transparent, traceable, and built on relationships with producers who care as deeply about quality as we do.

The Sugar Cane decaffeination process is a natural, chemical-free method unique to Colombia, using ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugar cane to gently remove caffeine while preserving the bean's full flavour integrity. The result is a cup of orange citrus, smooth caramel sweetness, and a sugar cane finish — approachable, balanced, and deeply satisfying.

Locally roasted in small batches in-house at our Adelaide roastery on a Medium-Dark Roast, perfect for espresso, milk-based coffees, and long blacks — any time of day, without the jitters.
